ICS Compliance Specialists Engaged to Present to WVBA Members


Charleston, WV – January 3, 2011
– ICS Compliance regulatory compliance specialists have been asked to speak to West Virginia Bankers Association (WVBA) members at their Banking Compliance Roundup in April 2011.

 

On Wednesday, April 13th, Director Danielle McCollian, CRP will present on CRA compliance and fair lending, specifically:

 

  • The Basics of the CRA Exam Methods
  • CRA Community Development - What does it mean?
  • Analyzing your Data for CRA Performance
  • CRA Data Collection
  • Fair Lending Risk Assessments
  • Fair Lending Hot Topics and Recent Cases

 

On Thursday, April 14th, Regional Director Alice Judd, CRP, CRCM, will present a half-day session on the most common regulatory violations cited in compliance examinations, and Director Roger Rumbaugh will present on the new regulatory compliance regulations/amendments by the Dodd-Frank Act for the second half of the day.
