Experience across several niches of the financial services industry prepared Mike well for his role as Director of National Business Development for ICS Compliance. Mike provides a consultative approach to his clients and fosters that approach with the team he manages.

Prior to joining the ICS Compliance team, Mike worked at RSM McGladrey, where he led business development for one of their national practices. He has also made his mark at Accume Partners, where he managed business development of internal audit and risk management services in the Company's #1 region. In addition, Mike pioneered the expansion of the business westward by opening offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Mike is an active member of the Institute of International Bankers (IIB), the Association of International Bank Auditors (AIBA), the American Bankers Association (ABA), and several state banking associations and credit union leagues. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College.
