ICS Compliance Director Lorraine Williams Invited to Speak on RESPA at NJBA Consumer Lending Conference


Moorestown, NJ – May 5, 2010 –
Ms. Lorraine Williams, CRCM, CRP, CAMS, Director of the Compliance Research and Development Center at ICS Compliance, has been invited to speak on RESPA regulations to consumer lenders at the New Jersey Bankers Association 2010 Consumer Lending Conference on June 16, 2010 in Monroe Township, NJ.

The Conference will focus on a RESPA discussion specific to consumer lenders, an economic update for New Jersey, a review of New Jersey property values and a review of compliance issues.  Ms. Williams will discuss RESPA compliance and pitfalls, including Good Faith Estimates and HUD-1 requirements as of January 1st as required on second mortgages and home equity loans.
