ICS Compliance Director Lorraine Williams Invited to RESPA Panel for NJBA Mortgage Lending Conference


Moorestown, NJ – April 21, 2010 –
Ms. Lorraine Williams, CRCM, CRP, CAMS, Director of the Compliance Research and Development Center at ICS Compliance, has been invited to sit on the RESPA Panel at the New Jersey Bankers Association 22nd Annual Mortgage Lending Conference on April 22, 2010 in Iselin, NJ.

The Conference will focus on the latest developments in residential and commercial mortgage markets.  Ms. Williams will discuss RESPA compliance and pitfalls, including Good Faith Estimates and HUD-1 requirements as of January 1st.

Joining Ms. Williams on the RESPA Panel is Executive Vice President Michael Bargeron of Precision Loan Solutions, a subsidiary of ICS Compliance providing due diligence, loan review, and credit risk management services to the financial services industry.
