Prior to joining ICS, Mr. Palmer served the industry with a consulting firm and with the "Big Four" over the last 22 years. Additionally, he served in various other management positions including General Auditor for a $5 billion publicly traded banking institution where he also managed the internal compliance function of the bank. At ICS, Mr. Palmer will be managing clients throughout the Southeast Region.
